File Keepers completes a requested pickup of documents or other records within three business days of placing your order.

You will be asked for the quantity and sizes of your boxes to ensure sufficient labor and equipment will arrive to complete the transfer of your records.

Those with Vital Records, Magnetic Media, and Audio/Visual records are supplied special labels to affix to inventory that requires Secured Storage. In combination with our bar code tracking label, these labels mark the inventory for special handling and processing when it arrives at our Record Center.

Our trained staff members are uniformed, and have a File Keepers' identification badge for security purposes. They remove the designated inventory, collect the necessary paperwork, and provide you with a transaction receipt.

Our fleet of vehicles is professionally maintained, inspected by our drivers on a daily basis and subject to weekly approval by management. Detailed inspection logs and maintenance histories are maintained to ensure the highest levels of safety and security. Our uniformed delivery personnel carry photo identification badges for added security and piece of mind.

Our leading edge software and state-of-the-art computer accommodates your specific requirements. Each inventory item is pre-assigned a bar code and scanned into our computer system as soon as it arrives at our storage facility. For those with Vital Records, Magnetic Media, and Audio/Visual records the Secure Storage labels affixed to your records notify personnel that special handling is required. Once we have your data in our system, we can track your inventory items in any of the following ways:

For normal course-of-business access to your records, File Keepers provides three levels of delivery services:

RUSH DELIVERY
For orders placed between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. during the normal business week, your records are at your office within 2 to 3 hours of your phone call. Orders received after 3 p.m. are delivered by 10 a.m. the next business day.

HALF DAY DELIVERY
Orders received between 8 a.m. and noon are delivered the same day before 5 p.m. Orders received between noon and 6 p.m. are delivered between 8 a.m. and noon the following business day.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Orders placed between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. are delivered between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. the next business day.

Of course, should you require immediate assistance, File Keepers is on-call for you 24 hours a day, every day of the year for emergency access to your data.
