For normal course-of-business access to your records, File Keepers provides three levels of delivery services:
RUSH DELIVERY
For orders placed between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. during the normal business week, your records are at your office within 2 to 3 hours of your phone call.
Orders received after 3 p.m. are delivered by 10 a.m. the next business day.
HALF DAY DELIVERY
Orders received between 8 a.m. and noon are delivered the same day before 5 p.m. Orders received between noon and 6 p.m. are delivered between 8 a.m. and noon the following business day.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Orders placed between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. are delivered between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. the next business day.
Of course, should you require immediate assistance, File Keepers is on-call for you 24 hours a day, every day of the year for emergency access to your data.
